Duluth YMCA's Saturday Boot Camp
Come and beat those winter blues every Saturday at the Duluth Area Family YMCA at 9:30 AM. 
Boot Camp is a fun and energizing class that takes you back to the basics of cardio and resistance training and conditioning. 
 
All fitness levels can benefit from participating in this class.
 
Free for Duluth YMCA members, $10 for Adult and $5 for 12+ Community Members.
