Shakti Flow

Shakti Flow movements are liquid. They curve, spiral, circle, undulate, ripple, and sway within us and through us leaving us refreshed and renewed. This is a invigorating, fun, fluid, and experiential practice. Come enjoy centering and flowing exercises to warm up, strengthen and stretch all parts of the body.  Cost is $12.50 ($8.50 student/senior) / punch card price.
