30 Day Inner Core Challenge!
A 30 day challenge to a dynamic inner core! This class is designed to bring dramatic results. Your participation will include a commitment to a short daily routine of pelvic floor exercises for 30 days, class discussion, and an openness to new and dynamic work in the body.
Mondays, 5:30-6:30pm February 22-March 22
Take the 30 day dynamic inner core challenge...to seek dynamic strength and elasticity of the pelvic floor and then expand that energy out to the pelvic girdle.
Pelvic floor work:
