You Don't Have to Exercise All at Once
You don't have to exercise all at once. Three 10 minute walks are as good as one 30 minute walk. To add a bit of variety, walk up and down some hills rather than wishing they weren't there.
Duluth has many great trails for hiking, which will keep you motivated with their varying terrain. Remember to wear supportive shoes with good grips.
A good way to relax after exercise is a nice stretch while sitting in the shade. It only takes a few minutes to stretch but the benefits are great! *
