Cottage Cheese Compliments

Cottage Cheese is a great source of protein and dairy.  Use the non-fat or low-fat versions.

Try adding the following items (not all at once) on top of a cup of cottage cheese, and be ready for a nutritious and delightful snack or light meal.

Diced Peaches, Cherries and Almonds
Fresh salsa (have whole grain crackers on the side)
