How old do you feel? If you ask this question to most active adults over 50 they will give an number much younger than their actual age. Regular physical activity not only adds years to life but helps us to feel and look younger. We know now that many of the aches and pains we used to think were just part of growing older are really caused by a lack of physical activity. You can hope to " live to 100" or you can prepare to "LIVE at 100". staying active every day. *
